For builders who many not have their own in-house design studio, we offer a gorgeous, state-of-the-art design studio in Draper, Utah, which was recently awarded the Best in State medallion for our industry. We provide clients with a superior design and product selection process (not only for flooring, but also backsplashes, countertops, cabinets & more) that is interactive, fun, and incredibly simple. The studio is a very clean, inviting space that creates an immediate feeling of comfort and confidence upon arriving.

​In addition to the two product selection showrooms, our Design Studio also features a large, private conference room, several individual design consultation rooms, a comfortable seating area, and even complimentary treats and beverages. We make every effort to pamper our guests, ensuring a wonderfully positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Design Selections Process

Our design appointments are a highly-personalized and expertly-organized experience. We make sure our design recommendations are not only in tune with industry trends and quality standards, but also aligned with the needs, priorities, and lifestyle of each individual client. We have also taken unique steps to eliminate distraction and frustration when it comes to available product options; our displays are organized in a way that allows us to discretely separate options and upgrades that vary from builder to builder.
