  • Design Studio: ​If you don't have your own space, we offer a Best of State award-winning Design Studio in Draper, Utah, where we make every effort to pamper our guests. Not only do we have a gorgeous studio with state-of-the-art technology and interactive monitors, but we also offer a large conference room, individual design consultation rooms, complimentary beverages, and comfortable seating.
  • Design Selections: ​You are welcome to use your own designers, or we also have in-house designers at Carpet Diem who we can assign to your account. You will have one designer for all of your homeowners, giving you a consistent and dedicated experience. They can help your homeowners with all selections, including floors, countertops, backsplashes, cabinets & more.
  • Field Management: Our highest priority is to be your lowest maintenance account! We take extreme measures to catch and resolve potential problems or concerns long before they could ever hit your radar, including quality control specialists that help to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and quality of our installations.
  • Account Management: We make it a point to understand the vision and values of each builder, allowing us to tailor our approach to their needs and determine how to best serve them.
